These terms apply to every person who opens and uses a betcity account. Access and eligibility depend on applicable local law in your region; it is your responsibility to confirm that use is permitted where you are located.

Yes. Submit a written data-access request through the in-app help section or via the legal email address. We will acknowledge your request within one working day and deliver the data package within 30 days.

We will send an email notification to your registered address and display an in-platform banner before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations. After that period, they are securely deleted unless an ongoing legal obligation applies.
